Welcome to Odamia Digital Room Service (“Service”). These Terms of Use are a legal agreement governing your use of Odamia’s technology and services. By using our services, you agree to these terms.
1. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE
Odamia is a QR code-based digital room service and guest communication platform designed for hotels and accommodation facilities. The system allows guests to submit service requests such as room service, cleaning, and maintenance by scanning a QR code.
2. ACCOUNT CREATION
2.1. To use the service, you must create an account on behalf of your business.
2.2. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account information and for all activities under your account.
2.3. If you become aware of unauthorized use of your account or a security breach, you must contact us immediately.
3. SUBSCRIPTION AND PAYMENT
3.1. Our service is based on subscription plans with varying features.
3.2. Payment can be made monthly or annually. Discounts apply to annual payments.
3.3. Your subscription will automatically renew at the selected interval unless canceled.
3.4. Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 7 days before the next billing cycle.
4. TERMS OF USE
4.1. You may only use the service for lawful purposes.
4.2. You agree not to misuse the system, upload harmful software, or disrupt the normal functioning of the service.
4.3. Your content and data remain yours, but you grant us the right to use, copy, and distribute it as needed to provide our services.
5. PRIVACY
5.1. Our privacy practices are explained in detail in our Privacy Policy.
5.2. You agree to comply with all applicable laws regarding the processing and protection of guest data.
6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
6.1. Odamia and its content, including trademarks, logos, and software code, are owned by us or our licensors.
6.2. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license limited to using the service.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
7.1. Our service is provided “as is” and “as available.”
7.2. To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure service.
7.3. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
8. TERMINATION
8.1. You may terminate this agreement at any time by closing your account.
8.2. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms.
9. CHANGES
9.1. We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Changes take effect when published on our website.
9.2. In case of significant changes, a notification will be sent to your registered email address.
10. GOVERNING LAW
10.1. This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey.
10.2. In case of disputes, the courts of Istanbul shall have jurisdiction.
